Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and clean spa. We felt ourselves always very welcome. The shuttle service we appreciated very much and we were thankful that we got picked up when walking due to minor accident was not possible anymore... The design of the rooms are subject to personal taste, we didn't like the mix from so many colours, but everything was extremely clean thanks to the housekeeping staff. We had a wonderful breakfast buffet and a great Italian Cappuccino. Guests were decent and well educated. The shuttle train to the mountains is brand new and very comfortable to go hiking and skiing. We will be back, choosing another room category with bigger bed. But we will be back!

PS: mattress was quite hard and we didn't know about the possibility of having a softer one...

Great hotel... a little out of town... but great spa and wellness and private cable car into the hiking region.
The dining and wine is also just perfect. Only improvement could be the cheese variety could be somewhat better.

We had a fabulous night here as Katy of a driving tour of Switzerland. It’s a little bit out of the way but Arosa is beautiful. I give special praise to Marina, a lovely lady on reception that greeted us with a very friendly manner. We are seasoned travellers and stay in 5 star establishments regularly. Quite often the staff can be a bit snobby, but Marina was very professional but also very welcoming. Also praise to Patrick at the concierge desk. He helped us with our visit up the mountains via hotel car to the cable car point, as well as pick up afterwards. Food in the restaurant was the only let down, we have unfortunately been spoiled in previous Leading Hotels, so it’s a slightly unfair comparison, but this chef needs to learn to not overcook steak and fish.
The best pool and spa by far, with indoor and outdoor areas, hot and cold, plenty of therapeutic bubbles and pressures. Fabulous.
