Just when I thought I'd never find a decent dessert beside apple cake, we happened upon this gem. Chocolate cake was moist, flavorful, and light with a deep chocolate & slight peanut butter frosting. Coffees were also very well made. Thank you for giving me a dessert to remember...

Cool, un-touristy coffee shop near red light district. Very memorable stop for a quick cappuccino. Would recommend.

We were searching for this place for some time (was recommended by a friend) and it's quite easy to pass by it. The location is super nice and out of the ordinary, right in an annex of an old church - the oldest building in Amsterdam. I had apple pie (apparently it's one of the best in the city?) and warm apple juice & cinnamon - delish! Every other desert looked amazing as well. Definitely something to put on your "to-do" and "to-eat" list

This cosy little coffee place is tucked away at the side of Oudekerk and can easily be passed by - we actually found it by chance, while searching for an entrance into the church. It serves good coffee, several teas, craft lemonades - and pies, especially Dutch apple pie that can rival the legendary pies of Winkel 43. The attic-like space is full of peace and tranquility despite the busy tourist-packed streets outside.
