I spent three nights in this hotel on a conference trip. Hotel is a bit outdated, but what a staff! I had some health issues which required me to get some antibiotics. The reception staff spent at least an hour making phone calls on my behalf and assisting me in all ways possible. I was actually touched by the kindness I experienced!

I also happened to leave a bracelet in my hotel room and realized this only after checking out. No problems, I got a key and went upstairs where not only one or two, but three members of the house keeping team helped me to find my bracelet.

Other that that, breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy, but fresh and adequate. The location is excellent for world forum congress guests, but suitable to others as well, as the trams take you to city center in roughly ten minutes.

If anyone at Novotel Den Haag World Forum reads this. Once again; I thank you from the bottom of my heart!

This is a very typical business hotel. Nothing special about it, but no bad sides either. It is very convenient if you have a meeting at the World Forum. Breakfast is okay, but not special. Fitness centre is good, with energetic personal trainers that guide everyone through a cross-training session while monitoring heart rates of each exerciser.

This hotel was just connected with the Word Forum and was quite convenient if you attend the meeting there. Although the parking fee is still high, however, you will got reductance if you resided there. The tastes of the restaurant was just descent (breakfast and dinner), and I personally preferred other restaurants outside with a at least 10-minitue walk. BTW, it is also at a reachable distance to the beach (about 3 KM) on foot or take tram Line 1. It worths a stroll there. In my personal opinion, the inner decoration was comfortable but the amenities inside the room appeared old. In general, it is the very Novotel Hotel you ever stay.

Room Tip: Upon admission, if possible, request a room with garden view.

I reviewed this hotel a bout a year ago elsewhere and my opinion has remained the same. The hotel is great, very comfortable and in a good location (direct tram line either to the city center or the beach). It's ideal if you're going to be working at the World Forum convention center. The staff is very nice and helpful.
The restaurant: black, grey and white looks good and streamlined. But with proper lighting, particularly if you're going to obscure the windows with black string curtains. There are funeral halls more cheerful than this place. The music doesn't help. The place is so gloomy that the (very few) clients speak in hushed tones. As for the food, I tend to expect a chef to cook better than me. It wasn't bad but I could have cooked and served my steak myself with the same results or more. As for my colleague's dish, both of us could have done better. When a menu is this small, the few selections ought to at least be outstanding. Service is better than in the past, the rather sour waiters having been replaced on the night we were there by nice young women. But even they speak as if they are burying their grandmother.
