Nice settings, friendly service and, more than anything, a delicious dinner creatively mixing Japanese and French tastes.
My wife ordered a fish, which was delicious.
I ordered the 3 dishes surprise menu, which was outstanding.
However, I was still hungry after the second dish, so I ordered the fourth dish, which was even better!
Not cheap but really worth it - I will certainly return!

Nice place. We got a warm welcome and a table close to the window. The inner room was booked and looked very good. We opted for the 4 dishes menu. This solution is a "surprise" which means "they decide what". is cheaper than a pick "à la carte" but they didn't object when we asked to customise a bit (a veggie menu). It is not cheap but it worth the price. Not for everyday but I would recommend it.

This is a superb dining experience with true fusion between French and Japanese (think Fois Gras sushi or Seafood Flan); each course is to be savored. Brussels is blessed with excellence of its dining venues. Rarely have we experienced dining of this caliber that is also value-priced. At the time of our visit, the four-course Chef's choice (do trust his judgement) at 35 Euros pp was a true bargain.

We took the 'Les Yeux Fermés, menu 3 services'. We had a foi gras sushi as a starter, which is the specialty of the house. Then a slow cooked veal as main course. & as desert a chocolate cake with salted caramel ice cream. Every dish had extraordinary elements. We were blown away by the fine taste of the small portions. One of the best dinners we've had in Brussels, and we've tried quite some. Also our compliments to the staff, great service! We will certainly come back.

perfect blend of French and Japanese cuisine in a cool ambiance. The "surprise" menus are a great way to discover flavors and textures brilliantly crafted by the chef.

The wine list is appropriate (though a bit overpriced, but that's a common trait of Brussels).

Service is excellent. A must try for lovers of good cuisine who are ready to experiment with innovative dishes.
