Wonderful hotel in a great central location on the Avenue Louise. We booked a twin superior room for two nights however I think we may have been upgraded to a deluxe as our room was very spacious and recently refurbished. The room was on the 6th floor at the back of the hotel with wonderful views of the city's rooftops and no street noise.

The room was large, very comfortable with a very nice marble bathroom with separate shower. Tea and coffee making facilities along with a fully stocked mini bar were also included. The free wifi was also a real plus.

We ate in the hotel bar both nights - lovely atmosphere, food was great and the staff were very attentive, professional and courteous. We had the continental breakfast delivered to our room which was well worth the money.

The hotel is in a central location on the Avenue Louise, an upmarket area -great for shopping and public transport links. There is a taxi rank at the front of the hotel which was also very convenient.

All in all, this is a real 5 star hotel - beautiful interiors, great location, professional staff, free Wifi and best of all great value for money for a major European capital.

Room Tip: Go for a deluxe room on a higher floor - take advantage of the view and less noisy.

inside space , looking from your room window , is sad to look at. Deserted - not clean - not lively -empty ...it makes that the hotel losses it's grandeur. ( take for instance the inside space at the Radisson Hotel - this space makes the hotel attractive ) Staff is very client service minded so that's a plus . I rated sleep quality a 3 simply because I could here ( strangely enough ) the tram passing bye ?! not loudly but when you are a wake you can here it ( my room was 326 )

We had a very pleasant stay but a few things could be better :
1/ bottle of complementary water, as we stayed two nights, we had figured that each we got a couple of mineral water which wasn't the case and we were unpleasantly surprised to be charged 12 euros for that the next morning
2/ there was some noise during the night due to the other guests. The hotel must advice their guests to remain discreet especially during the night as it it not very pleasant to be waking p like these at 3 in the morning

2 bottles of water per stay (I stayed 6 nights); disgraceful!
€6.00 per 500mm bottle of water????
Asked to change my room due to "delegation arriving" and when I said no, it seems as if I was being awkward; very annoyed at this
My overall perception of this hotel is that whilst it is really nice and most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful, my general perception was that there was an underlying effort to squeeze every last cent out of the guest; also the attitude of a very small number of staff was not great. (I heard of a couple of instances which my colleagues experiences which were concerning)Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel for business or leisure to anyone. Poor value for money overall; its a shame because it has so much potential.
