The Umamido does not take reservations, so expect to wait for your table, if you are trying to eat there on weekends. I ate the Tonkotsu Miso ramen and it was awesome! The broth was amazing, exactly what I like in my ramen. The noodles were ok, could be better. I didn't like the pork since it was way too salty, but the egg and spinach on top were very nice. I liked gyozas, although the chicken ones had to much garlic. You have to order th Edamame beans, they were very nice. The atmosphere is nice, very crowded place but the place looks nice. The staff is ok, they sould work on remembering the order since they forgot one side dish that never came.
