We had a lovely stay here. We came to Leuven to visit friends who happen to live down the same street and this was a perfect base from which to explore the town. Especially with the bikes that can be used free of charge! Surroundings are quiet, you can park right in front of the B&B, the room is huge and bathroom clean. But I liked the breakfast best, much choice in cheeses and meats, fresh orange juice and fruit etc.

The house is located close to the highway in the middle between the Leuven centre and the industrial area, very well reachable by car including parking. Almost everything from here is reachable by foot. The owners are very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are of sufficient size and very clean, some of them have kitchen and/or refrigerator. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is big and really clean having all necessary equipment including a hair dryer. The breakfast is really rich and tasty in combination of self-service with served meal by a nice lady in a home environment. Free water and coffee is available at any time.

Friendly hosts, lovely house in a pretty spot overlooking the lake and Abbey. Good breakfast with everything you could want. A little off the beaten track but nice and quiet. Walkable into town but plenty of buses nearby.

This is the perfect place if you want to stay in a small family run B&B in a quiet suburb.
The hosts are charming, friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to stay in their home. They are justifiably very proud of their town and eagerly share their knowledge and love of it. We had the large studio room which was spacious, comfortable, clean, well appointed and modernly furnished, it even had 2 bathrooms! The breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of quality food. The freshly squeezed orange juice was most welcome. The lounge and studio room had free coffee, tea and water available at all times.
There are good views across to the abbey and park and it was easily accessible to make pleasant walks there and watch the variety of water fowl on the lake. It was easy to get into Leuven centre by bus and for keen walkers within reach on foot. Leuven has a lovely old town centre with some beautiful historic buildings, lots of interesting statues and many restaurants and cafes to choose from. Brussels is easily accessible by regular trains for Leuven.
Can't recommend B&B Park and Leuven highly enough if you want to be away from the centre and avoid impersonable hotel accommodation.

Room Tip: The studio room was large, with cooking facilities and overlooked the garden
