We stayed for 2 nights. When we arrived (no problem to put our bags in the room before the official check-in time) we were greeted by two very nice and intelligent people. The hostess offered us a drink (Brugse Zot) and shared with us her knowledge as a Bruges city guide.
They have two rooms. We chose the smaller and cheeper gardenroom. It's nice and clean with a view over the garden. Because of it's location at the back of the house the room was very quiet - no earplugs needed. It also had a fantastic bed (slept like a baby) and loads of i-stuff - hence the name (tv, cd, dvd, blueray, ...). The bathroom is small with just a (good) shower and a toilet.

Breakfast was served in the room and it varied each morning. No home cooking or anything, but nonetheless she served pastries, pancakes, eggs, ...

We would stay there again!

Room Tip: garden room is quieter

I had a spacious room overlooking the garden, peaceful and well furnished with TV, Apple TV etc - it's a very small place so everything was very personal and Anne could not have been more helpful. The welcome talk & drink was a great introduction to our brief stay, and the restaurant recommendations, information on airport bus to Charleroi etc all extremely helpful; breakfast was lavish and delicious. All highly recommended.

Room Tip: Only two rooms, both good! But the canal view is more luxurious and spacious, with a big bathroom.

This stay was perfect for us. The room was spacious and clean and the hosts were amazing. They give you a real insightful view of the history of Brugge and the breakfast was on time to the minute and was just breathtaking. Thank you for sharing your home with us

Room was very nice and clean: large bed, en suite and a nice view over the garden. We had a delicious breakfast served in our room both mornings with different (traditional) menus. We had an introductory history lesson and some recommendations over where to go in the city over a cup of tea on our arrival- the hosts are really friendly and have a fountain of knowledge to share. It's a great location as well- 5 mins walk to the main market square. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed at iroom for the second time for 2 nights at the end of July. We re-booked because our first stay was so good. I can report that nothing has changed and it was as good, if not better, the second time.
We were in town for a wedding and the owners Anne and Jan went out of their way to help us booking taxis and taking our luggage to the train station when we departed for Brussels. The room we stayed in was lovely as were the breakfasts.
In summary an excellent B&B with friendly and helpful owners. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
