La Maison Zenasni offers a few magnificent and very large apartments in an old historic hose with original wood floor and furniture. The White bis suite on the third floor accommodates up to four people, has large windows with views on both sides of the building, the belfry and the garden, has an unbelievably large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful and cosy living room. The communal breakfast is perfect for starting a day. One of the very nicest place we have ever been, so much that we could live here forever.

Room Tip: White bis suite on the third floor

We stayed here for 3 nights for my partner’s birthday. Prior to arriving the owners helped me to arrange a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge as a birthday surprise on arrival, which was very good of them. We stayed in the White Suite on the 2nd floor. The suite was lovely and couldn’t fault it. It was a lovely size, very clean and decorated beautifully. The bed was very comfortable and the whole suite was very rustic looking, which we loved. The suite and the house itself is exactly as seen in the photos. In the White Suite it does have a kitchen, but I do not think they have a kitchen in every suite.

The only thing I would say is as this suite is up two flights of stairs and there is no lift, this would probably not be ideal for anyone with difficulties getting upstairs. The location is perfect. It is on a quiet street and we heard no noise whilst sleeping. It is a short walk to the main square and we never had to walk more than 15 minutes to get to any tourist attractions. The owners are very friendly and gave us some advice about where to visit. Breakfast was adequate - bread, cheese, salami, yoghurts, cereal, coffee, juice, teas - and there was something to eat every morning. If you like more of a bigger breakfast, there are restaurants and cafes nearby.

The only negative point I would mention is that we did ask the owner to book us a taxi to the station the day before we were due to leave. However, the taxi never turned up. We were unable to find the owner and the number we were given by his wife was not correct so we could not contact the taxi service ourselves, so we were forced to get a bus to the station, with the help of some very friendly locals. However, next time we will arrange the taxi ourselves to avoid this problem.

Room Tip: Floors in the White Suite does have exposed floor boards which does catch on socks, so would be a good idea to bring slippers.

Just returned from a wonderful stay here. The B&B is located very close to the main square, but on a quiet street. We had not noticed an email prior to arrival with the door entry code, but fortunately the owner was around to let us in (make sure you check your emails carefully as it does not come from Booking.com but the owners themselves).

The room was lovely and spacious, with close attention paid to details (the sofas and armchairs were to die for)! A shower in the bathroom would have been great (instead of the bath), but not essential. The house is OLD, so it does creak, just take some slippers.

Breakfast was wonderful, and a great chance to chat to other guests. The very kind owner showed us around the property, which is full of surprises and was so happy to help at any point (he let us use his printer for our return tickets which we misplaced)!

I would love to return, and would strongly recommend to anyone else visiting.

Room Tip: The Blue room has lovely garden views

What a lovely place this was to stay! Everything was easy for us from the minute we arrived - just a 5 minute walk to the main square and we were given a code to get in the main door so could arrive at any time. The property is a lovely old house that has such character! We stayed in the white room - the 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor - it had comfortable beds, a good bathroom, and a spacious living/dining room/kitchen. The breakfast provided in the morning was great; good coffee, breads, cereal, cheeses and meats. Really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate about staying again should we find ourselves in Bruges!

We stayed for two nights over a weekend in November in 'The White Apartment.' It was exactly how it looked in the pictures - cosy but very spacious (two bedrooms, bathroom and a separate sitting room and kitchen) and nice and warm. The location is great - it's on a quiet street just round the corner from the main square. The hosts were very helpful but not too overbearing. The included continental breakfast was also great. Only very minor criticism - it would have been nice to have some tea, coffee and milk in our apartment's kitchen.
Otherwise a brilliant stay and excellent value for money
