Location: very good, close to the center.

Building: it is located in a big house with a big living room where you will have breakfast with the other guests. Apart from that it is more a "hotel" than a maison d'hôtes since you barely meet the owners (which was ok for us but good to know). However there is a nice man in charge of administrative things who is happy to reply to any questions - which is helpful.

Bedroom: there are different types. In our case, the bedroom was very clean and confortable, with a nice decoration, a bit old fashioned. Two little downsides: 1/ the bathroom door has a window (!) on it so you can literally see the person in the bathroom when you are in the bedroom.
2/ walls are quite thin and you can hear people from the room next to you. For us it was ok but could be annoying for people with a very light sleep. I guess it should be possible to ask the landlords if the room is quiet upon reservation.

Breakfast: quite simple but good. More than the content of the breakfast we enjoyed the company of the other guests, discuss activities etc.

Price is approximately 110 euros per night

we enjoyed our stay and we recommend!

We rented a beautiful top floor two room apartment. Fabulous place with great views of Bruges skyline. Very central and close to all the great and historic places. The apartment is well kitted and although we ate out all the time, we could have cooked if we'd wished. Breakfast was plenty with some nice bread, cheese and lovely jam. Please note there is no lift so ask for a ground floor room if you can't do stairs. Great and romantic place and good for families.

La Maison Zenasni is beautiful grand house in a great location with an interesting history.
We stayed in the Blue Room which was very cosy and charming. The host was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good in a great open space living/ dining area. We loved our stay!

We stayed here for 2 nights in April 2017. Everything about our stay was great, we had clear instructions for arrival and we're able to get settled in despite no one being around when we arrived.

Location is great, close to the central sights, walkable to everywhere (about 20 mins from the train station). Nice quiet street.

Our room (red room) was great, big comfy bed, nice ensuite with a bath tub, (handheld shower). Friendly hosts, nice breakfast (continental) in a lovely setting.

Hosts were also super helpful after I left something in the room, arranging to post it back to me.

Would definitely recommend for anyone going to Bruges!

La Maison Zenasni offers a few magnificent and very large apartments in an old historic hose with original wood floor and furniture. The White bis suite on the third floor accommodates up to four people, has large windows with views on both sides of the building, the belfry and the garden, has an unbelievably large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful and cosy living room. The communal breakfast is perfect for starting a day. One of the very nicest place we have ever been, so much that we could live here forever.

Room Tip: White bis suite on the third floor
