Just a short walk from the town centre and close to the canal this hotel is in a fantastic location. From the minute we arrived the service was excellent, with friendly and efficient staff. The rooms were well fitted and maintained, the bathroom was on the small side. I would have liked to have had tee making facilities available.
The breakfast service was excellent,

We stayed at this small hotel for a long weekend. It’s perfectly located in the centre, yet very quiet. The service is excellent, and our room was delightful (Junior Suite). The champagne breakfast was very tasty and decent value at €19, if you eat everything on offer - which was a lot.

This is a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Bruges - the staff are so friendly and cannot do enough to make your stay the best it can be. Everyone is attentive, efficient and nothing is too much trouble. Even afternoon tea is special in that there are extras served along with the tea, such as chocolate mousse, biscuits etc. The breakfast they serve in their beautifully decorated dining room is nothing short than amazing.....it’s been a long time since I have enjoyed it so much. You will not start your day hungry that’s for sure and there is so much to choose from: bread, freshly baked pastries, cooked to order breakfasts and even a glass of champagne is on offer and it is all served at the table (none of this under a hot lamp, help yourself to a greasy egg and dried out bacon so often seen in hotels!) There is a lift and the rooms are gorgeously appointed, even the standard ones although we were upgraded to a junior suite, which was even more delightful. We will definitely return as the cost of staying isn’t too bad - Spring 2018 is in the plan!

Room Tip: There are only 26 rooms and all are good - the standard one facing the front is beautiful.

My friend and I have just come back to the UK having spent a short break in Bruges and what a gem of a place this is to stay! It's charming, full of character, staff can't do enough for you, quaint, central location.......... Breakfast is fantastic and of course the added extra touch of a glass of champagne to start the day. Our bathroom was small but that didn't matter because it had everything you could ask for. No matter what you required, the staff provided it for you. Thank you to all at the Pand Hotel for making our stay so welcoming and enjoyable - it really was a delight and we will definitely be back should we visit Bruges again (which I think is very likely as its a beautiful place).

I fell in love with this hotel the first time we visited. It's probably the definition of small and luxury, the lift accommodates only three people! The staff are always welcoming and delightful. Breakfast - not something I normally bother about - is a complete joy. Eggs cooked fresh and to order on the Aga, and served with a glass of "happy juice"! Some of the rooms are quite small, but still beautifully appointed. I hope to go back again very soon.
