Booked an overnight to visit the Christmas Markets in Bruges. The location was excellent and on a quiet street off a main road (not that anywhere is terribly noisy in this city, mind you). In keeping with the theme of the Markets, the entrance was adorned with two beautifully decorated, large Christmas trees. Once inside, the hotel is very cosy and comfortable. Nice reading room downstairs with more trees. The room was an upgrade for a nominal on-site fee that I'm glad I took. Such nice staff at check in and throughout.
The only SLIGHT issue was that you could hear noise in the hallway very clearly. I was in a junior suite (301) and had little issue as it has it's own stairway and no other rooms on my immediate hall, but you could hear housekeeping come to the storage closet. Again, really not much of an issue, but a heavier door may be useful.
Would HAPPILY return.
