We are regular visitors twice a year to this hotel...as ever on our recent visit everything was first class...from the excellent friendly helpful staff on reception, to the spotless clean rooms which are well appointed.
The hotel is in a fantastic location behind the Belfry, seconds away is the town square and the delights of this beautiful city.
Would and have recommended give it a try.

Booked this hotel for a short trip. Really presently surprised. Lovely rooms and great price. If you don't have breakfast add it as will fill you until dinner. Great location right behind the belfry. Will defiantly stay again

Difficult to fault really. Room rather small but spotlessly clean and fine for a few days, with plenty of hanging space and nice bathroom with gallons of hot water. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was plentiful and nice, with eggs, bacon, sausages etc, plus the usual cold meats, cheese. Would certainly go there again if visiting Brugges

We spent 2 nights at this lovely hotel, which is perfectly located just off the main square. The hotel is modern and clean, with excellent facilities. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with so much choice and served until 11am, which is great if you have had a few strong Belgian beers the night before!! The only minor drawbacks for me, was that I found the beds very soft and the bells started ringing quite early in the morning, but would have no hesitation is staying here again. Bruges is great, because you dont need a taxi, as everything is so close. Ideal place to go for a weekend.

Room Tip: We stayed next to the Belfry, which was quite noisy, so on the other side of the hotel would be better if you wanted a better nights sleep.

This was excellent value as a combined hotel / Eurostar deal from Lastminute.com however , I hadn't realised that breakfast was not included and on the one morning I had breakfast, I wasn't told this and was charged €17 on departure which is very high and had I known, I would have eaten enough for the rest of the day! That aside, the staff are friendly and they have a happy hour in the bar between 8 and 9 pm. The main advantage is the location, immediately behind the Belfry and could not be more central. I would not want a room on the first floor between 130 and about 135 if you're a light sleeper . There was a bank of about 10 large air conditioning units right outside my room and when they were running it was hard to sleep.
