Nikos was welcoming and a great host - he accommodated my late check-in due to delay in train and suggested amazing things to do and see in and around Bruges. The location cannot be more fantastic, it is a few steps to the Markt, Belfry, great restaurants, shops, and museums. The room was clean and contain all the things I needed (coffee, hair dryer, etc). I highly recommend this place and I will definitely come back and stay here again.

This hotel is located very centrally, only 2 minutes walk from the Markt square. The hotel itself is very clean but very basic- no kettles in rooms, no restaurant, no bar, desk only open 0800-1800, and heating poor in winter.
It appears to be in need of some modernisation but the location and reasonable price make up for this. Continental breakfast was good. Remember, Do not expect the Ritz but enjoy this hotel for what it is, a clean comfortable bed in the centre of the city.

Room tip: upper floors warmer in the winter, some noise from the road outside, rooms at the back quieter.

We went to Bruges in December, unfortunately our trip was delayed one day due to plane issues. Thankfully Heidi graciously refunded us the one night.

We loved staying at this hotel. It is in an old building on a beautiful street. The hotel is perfect, close to all sights and shopping.

Ignore the comments and stay here. We will be back!!

Had a short break between Christmas and new year, stayed overnight in this lovely B&B. Very central location, warm welcoming hosts and a continental breakfast. The rooms were nice & warm and very clean. Room 11 has a huge bathroom and was the quietist being located at the back. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location in the middle of Bruges. Excellent European-style breakfast (lovely fresh bread, sliced meats, cheeses, butter, jam, cereals, juice, coffee, tea or hot chocolate). The price is unbeatable for the great location and lovely breakfast. The hotel was also very, very clean. Just a great value all-around. Plus there is a lovely restaurant/beer cafe just out the front door - located in the cellar of the building- a real bonus!
