There's something about eating and having the view of the beach and the crashing waves right near you. For one dinner and three breakfasts while at Carlisle Bay we chose to go to Indigo on the Beach as The Mister doesn't eat sushi so dining at East didn't make sense for us.
One of our breakfast meals he ordered off menu options trying a little from one dish and a little from other dish that was offered on the menu. One breakfast I couldn't eat at all. It wasn't their fault, just tasted average so I decided to save room for our lunch while we were out that day.
We always either tried the juice of the day or the smoothie of the day. I always grabbed fruit from the cold buffet and had a pot of fresh mint tea to start my day.
In the evening at the dinner we had the catch of the day with tropical salsa and a dish of roasted island vegetables.
If you are traveling with children, you'll want to know that it seemed that children were welcome at any time to dine with their families.
