We dropped into Cafetaria Pateo de Sao Miguel for coffee & to also try their Pasties de nata which were absolutely delicious .. The cafe is located just near the Temple of Diana which has a lovely courtyard.

Thank Ellemay

Perfect terrace for drinks. Modern and pretty establishment, great terrace with beautiful view. Seems a popular place for local students. Unfortunately our food was not so good, the soup was warmed up in the microwave and the toast with ham was made of supermarket bread and cheap ham...bit unexpected for Portuguese standards. They have quite an assortment of (savoury) cakes, but ours also didn’t taste fresh nor amazing. Go here for drinks!

The patio is great - very well shaded and the server was quite good. We have two main course salads here for lunch - the salmon salad and the chicken. Very nicely presented and quite sufficient. The house rose was quite good and reasonably priced as well.

This hidden gem is only a very short stroll from the Roman temple in Evora and is a beautiful and quiet place to relax with a, very good value, glass of their local wine.
As part of the Cartuxa organisation it (along with the excellent Enoteca near the temple) everything here is beautifully renovated and the location cannot be beaten for a place to stop off for a drink.

We enjoyed sitting in the Patio having lunch just near the Temple of Diana and the Pousada. The food was good (we just had Tosta's but there was a full menu and entrees looked very good) and the service was accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend eating here. There is also an indoor restaurant for cooler or inclement weather.
