Can’t speak highly enough of Marli and Eric’s warmth, and passion for their beautiful country. We were two solo travelers who did the hike when I visited. We saw many varied landscapes and had the most beautiful sunset picnic on the last beach — all homemade! Definitely recommend booking with Backyard Tours.

We had such a great day with Marli and Eric exploring the Algarve. They took us on hikes to the most amazing places where we could swim and explore. We wouldn’t have found these places on our own. They were both very knowledgeable and passionate about the area. We finished the day with a delicious home cooked picnic at sunset. Communication and organisation was excellent, they made it very easy picking us up from our hotel. We really enjoyed our time with them and cannot recommend highly enough!

Eurico and Marli were great! The communication with them before the trip was excellent and the tour itself was spectacular. We had such a beautiful time exploring isolated areas of Lagos with Marli and Eurico. They were extremely organized and knowledgeable about the area. It felt like hanging out with friends in one of the most beautiful places we have visit. We ended up this spectacular day at the beach with a homemade meal watching the sunset. Marli and Eurico are great hosts and we were lucky to spend one our vacation days with them. It is so worth it. Please don't hesitate to do this tour with them.
