Modern, quirky hotel with excellent service

Friendly staff, comfortable beds with huge pillows and a superb breakfast!
Nothing was too much trouble and requests were dealt with quickly and with a friendly smile.
The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and the coffee was nice and strong.
I fell in love with Lisbon and will definitely be back!

Great location

Nice hotel located in the heart of Lisbon. Check in was no problem, rooms were clean, and typically small. Front staff pleasant. Has a bar and breakfast buffet ( not included) There are plenty of breakfast and bakeries in walking distance. Breakfast server wasn’t rude, but seemed angry. Restaurants everywhere. Near commerce square, trolleys, Santa Justa Elevator, pedestrian walkway, Rossio Square. Tuk tuks can be grabbed a block away

Great stay in the heart of lisbon

Great location, near to every point and easy also to get taxis etc. from there.
Persons that work there are very very friendly and helpful
Rooms are great and modern

the only point that maybe can be a problem is that it is a little bit noisy in the night but this is normal in the center

Good breakfast, smallish rooms, front desk to be improved

I got to this hotel by coincidence as my travel agent had made a mess with my reservation to a nearby hotel.

Got here at 2 a.m.. It vannot take 15m to check me in. At 2 a.m. after a messy journey, I just need a room, everything else can e sorted out the next day. The next day I asked for my room receipt to be printed and it took ages again. It should not be too difficult to print out a receipt or better to email it. That's why I think the front desk can be improved.

Rooms are very smallish. I am on a business trip and i only have a very small table where my laptop barely fits. They are sylish though.

The good thing of this hotel is breakfast. It is excellent quantity and quality wise. Service can be better, though. One may expect to be the waiter to ask a patron whether he/she wishes to have coffee, etc

Excellent stay perfect location. Friendly service

We had a great short stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location we were in the middle of everything. Great breakfast excellent service. No need to pay extra for the rooftop rooms since there is no view to see. This part was disappointing to us. The AC had problems and was not cooling otherwise we were super happy and will be happy to come back.
