Spent 2 nights in this hotel. Rooms are average, not too much impressed by the quality on the bed. Italian restaurant is ok, breakfast excellent.

Staff helpful and professional.

We stayed for three nights at Dom Pedro, a wonderful place. Highly recommendable, excellent rooms and friendly staff. Please note that the hotel is not located in the city centre.

We stayed 5 nights at the DOM PEDRO, This Hotel is really a place to stay in Lisbon, just in front of the bus station to reach place "MARQUES DE POMBAL" where we can take the metro to visit the city. We can't say anything else than incredible regarding the breakfast, the best is to go to this HOTEL and to try it. Very friendly and professional staff.
Only one thing was not good during our stay: Spanish people entering the hotel after midnight didn't take care about the others guests (spoke too much and very loud).
Next time in Lisbon = DOM PEDRO

I stayed in this hotel during my wonderful trip around Portugal. Our group arrived at 2 a.m. and smiling reception staff kindly met us. Check-in was fast. Rooms are well decorated and view from the window was good. Location could be better because there is no subway near the hotel and downtown streets a little bit far from the hotel. But that’s ok. We had a bus and that was not a problem. Breakfasts were good too but sometimes waiters were very busy and had no time to clean the tables and serve drinks. Disadvantage of this hotel is internet. When I call on reception no one tell me about internet room where using of internet is free. They only tell me the prices and nothing more. Computers in internet room are old and could be wiped with a cloth at least once per day. Also there are no Russian channels on TV.
Management staff was very welcoming and friendly.
All in all, hotel is very good both for business travelers and tourism.

P.S.: someone wrote a review there complaining that on web-site of hotel was mentioned that internet is free and manager answered that it said that it is free only in internet room. But i found a mistake. On russian version of web-site said that it is free. On english it is not free.

Room Tip: Choose rooms on the higher floors. View is much more better

I stayed at the Dom Pedro for 3 nights in the October half term. When we arrived our bags were collected and the check in was fast and efficient. The rooms were massive and really comfortable.

The staff were all very friendly and bar prices were really reasonable for a 5 star hotel. A bottle of wine was only 12 euros!!!!

My trip was with 8 realtives of varying ages. Everyone agreed that this was a great hotel and would definately recommend it.
