Great hotel, very central with lots of restaurants close by. Breakfast good choice (could do with adding air conditiong to the Breakfast room ) Friendly and helpful staff and decent sized rooms. No traffic, so have to take suitcase from taxi round the corner.

Room Tip: Front rooms can be a little noisy at times.

I stayed here for 4 nights and this small hotel has a superb location. its walking distance to the Rossio station, and main center of Lisbon. And if you have enough strength, you can even walk to Alfama area.
The receptionists are very helpful.
The breakfast options is not plenty but enough to fill my tummy for few hours.
was staying in 1st floor, the opposite of the breakfast area, so its not that noisy except the room is not soundproof, so you might listen someone else alarm in the morning.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but I will not recommend one (i tried one, and the chicken that they served was not fresh)

Needed a property quickly for an impromptu trip to Lisbon. After reading the Tripadvisor reviews, I hastily booked this one. Maybe I should have taken a little longer. Yes, it is established that it is in a great position, and very central location.
However, that is where it stops for me. On arrival the reception staff was outside having a cigarette. On entering the hotel, cigarette odour is everywhere. I understand it is a non-smoking property now, but the reminder of a time when smoking was allowed is still in the air. The hotel is clean, but it is stale and faded. All the carpet and furniture are in need of a makeover. The beds are short, and my son’s legs were hanging off the edge of his bed. The walls are very thin, and I could hear everything going on in the next room. Like the décor, the breakfast is in the 70’s also. While it is plentiful, it is not up to 2017. I have not seen packaged sliced cheese laid out on a plate for many years. The same goes for the processed meat, and the offering of sliced watermelon did not look appealing. It was like a child had cut it up. The fresh pots of coffee were perfect. Lastly, the internet was atrocious. Again, this is 2017, not the 70’s. If was either very slow, or dropping out constantly. When I complained it to the gentleman at reception, he shrugged his shoulders and said, yes, it is not very good. This is not good enough. If anyone asks me about this property, I will shrug my shoulders and say, it is not very good.

We stayed here at the beginning of our vacation and then again two weeks later. It is true that the rooms are small, but they are clean, quiet and nicely decorated. But it is the location that is spectacular. When you walk out the door you're immediately in the bustling pedestrian walkway that goes past tons of restaurants and cafes. And in less than 5 minutes you're at the Rossio Square with access to the Metro, taxis or trains. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good.

Our hotel room was really small and the bathroom faced the beds which made it really awkward. Thankfully, I was traveling with my sister but the whole bathroom situation could be very uncomfortable if staying with friends. The room was clean and was serviced well. It faces a busy street but I couldn't hear anything past 9pm (and I'm a light sleeper). This an average hotel with the perk being its location. It's very convenient to many restaurants and coffee shops. We walked everywhere and it was convenient to do so. The Aerobus to/from the airport is a short 5 minute walk from the hotel so this is also a plus. Overall, if you're on a budget then this is a convenient hotel.
