This hotel is very nice, especially the building itself and the common areas, that are very nicely decorated, simple, but elegant and trendy.
I got a room that was a bit dated in the decoration but was clean and practical. Very few toiletries but good amount of towels. It was clean.
Good pillows, nice bed.
Wifi worked well.
The breakfast was usually totally occupied by elder people that come to the hotel in tour buses and stay 1-2 nights. The options were limited but ok. Coffee exceptional.
The staff is really nice and helpful.
And concerning the location: it is amazing! Beautiful, calm, wonderful when the sun goes down. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Beautiful Setting And Surrounding Property...Staff Are Friendly And Kind...The Hotel Itself Is Unique And Has Alot Of History...Are Room Was Comfortable...Clean...One Of The Best Hotel Beds Ever! On A Positive Constructive Note...The Hotel Could Use Some Updating... However I Would Not Hesitate To Stay Here Again In A Heartbeat!

The rooms were clean and spacious within an excellent setting. The hotel was quite empty and lacked any warm atmosphere. Breakfast was included and good.
Dinner was served in a hotel just 5 mins walk away. We went a la carte which was excellent but very quiet with no background music or any atmosphere. It really felt like you were disturbing the waiters downtime.
It is worth a trip to the restaurant at the bottom of the escalator by taxi - Il Portico - which we only found in night two. Don't miss this restaurant. The hotel is hard to find. Take either entrance into the national park. Its costs 1 Euro to enter. Then its signposted

Very artistic and pretty hotel.
I loved their decor.
It is at the place that is not easy to find, and you can get lost when you drive in as the roads are one way and complicated..haha
Other than that it was lovely stay.
