I remember having the opportunity to see the room before check in, I remember that this was our last room available and so had a last minute discount. I remember that the city at that time did not have any more rooms available, however we are sensitive to your opinion and we are making an effort to continue remodeling. The photos available on the various platforms are legitimate and we have published photos of the rooms refurbished and not remodeled.
Thank you for your visit, see you soon ...
We stayed for two nights, the breakfast is very good, and the view to Minho River is excellent! The service is kind and very helpful! The rooms are not huge but they are nice and clean. The only thing that disserve more attention is the bathroom, need some modernization.
Dear guest, Thanks for your comment.
It was with great pleasure that we received you in the Hotel Jardim, we hope to see you soon.
Loved the style of the room, very simple and clean. Felt nautical. Staff were pleasant! We were able to check into our rooms early and relax before we went out. We got a FANTASTIC recommendation on where to eat too. Great start to our Camino adventure.

Very simple hotel, clean, friendly and well located. Breakfast was a little poor. Also some noise in the early morning.
There is no free parking neer but the location is very good, with several sites, the waterfront and restaurantes at short walking distances.
Great location, near the main square, close to the parking facility. Don´t be put off that it is on the main road, it is quiet at night. The hotel has older decor and facilities (heating/air con was not working), but is OK for night or two. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Lovely town to walk around and explore. Enjoyed the stay and the price for the hotel was very reasonable.
This was our third visit to the Hotel Jardim and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are as spacious and comfortable as ever - not modern, but full of character and very clean. Our children had a second floor triple room at the front and we had a superior room at the back. The breakfast buffet seemed even more varied this year and they will make fresh scrambled eggs if you ask them. Not sure why, but the breakfast room is always so quiet - possibly they could play some Portuguese music or put the radio on. The staff are unobtrusive but helpful and friendly. They gave us good advice on the best beach to drive to and let us leave our bags in the breakfast room after we checked out. All the rooms are fine, but the ones at the back are the quietest so I might ask for two superior rooms with the mountain view next time. It's also close to the lovely Dolce Vianna pizzeria and the Cafe Brazil (next door to the Jardim) is friendly and has great cakes and coffee.
