GOOD:
The hotel's best is undoubtedly the friendliness and kindness of the staff. We were very well attended. The bed was extra comfortable and roomy, the best we have ever slept in. I also liked some details that please the customer: smell of chocolate in the room; hygiene products and lotion with chocolate aroma. We were offered chocolate truffles in the room (delicious!); 2 drinks of choice, a visit to the museum and still some chocolates.

BAD:
We disliked the missing views and lack of parking: either you pay 9 € per day in a nearby park or try to find on the street. The museum is very interactive; I expect to see an old chocolate factory.

We loved this hotel and moved there from a not so good one which was most unpleasant. We were delighted to be there.
The staff were so friendly and helpful and supplied gluten free bread on request. ( some hotels will not do this)
Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and who doesn't eat chocolate for breakfast. They had a chocolate fountain!
The bed was very comfortable and most importantly for me..,the room was QUIET!
It was a fun hotel . We would stay here again.

This modern hotel, restaurant and museum is located in an area where alot of the buildings are old. This hotel sticks out. The food is delivious here. We had the fish here and it was yummy. The desserts are even better. Very clean atmosphere, great service. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were super clean and they spoke good english.
Win-win for everyone

This hotel was a real treat. We arrived after a long day on the Camino de Santiago and were greeted at reception by a lovely women who made us feel welcome.

As the name implies, the hotel is chocolate themed. We stayed in the Cinema room.

I don't usually use the soap etc provided by hotels as I prefer my own. However the chocolate body wash, shampoo, moisturiser etc were all treats and we took the left overs with us!!

You receive a drink upon arrival and there's even chocolate flavoured beer in the fridge. Free chocolates upon arrival and departure were much appreciated, as was the chocolate shop which we visited before we left.

The breakfast was okay- it had sat for a while when we came down and could have done with a little more attention/refreshing over the course of the buffet's life as the cheeses were a bit sweaty.

Also, the menu didn't have a lot of choice for vegetarians, so we didn't stay for dinner. (There's only so much chocolate one can eat!!)

Would definitely stay again.

First all the good things:
The ladies in Reception are fantastic. They are kind, helpful and we love them! They made dinner reservations, got cabs and really cared for us. We cannot thank them enough!
The bed is very comfortable and we slept well.
The breakfast was excellent.
The room is clean and modern.
Next the not so good points:
The room is tiny like those found in France. We did not unpack our luggage.
There is one chair at the small desk, we had to sit on the bed.
The bathroom is strange, it has no door. Go figure?
Frankly, were it not for the Reception Staff, we'd mark this place lower. And for the chocolate theme, just words and sickly smell!
BTW, we don't complain often.
