My second visit to this piece of heaven! La Maison Ottomane is officially my favourite hotel to stay! It's not just the attention to detail with every item in the hotel a piece of art, the beautiful linen, the palatial rooms but what makes this stay extra special, is Andrea the hotelier and Alexandra! We have been treated like royalty with unsurpassed service, generosity and attention. So greatful to have shared this time with them. They are a credit to Chania .....and Crete as a whole!

It has been an unqualified joy having you stay a second time... we have now met 4 members of your family and cannot wait to meet more... or repeats of the same... Looking forward to your next visit... Thank you, thank you...

We spent two nights at La Maison Ottomane and were very impressed. We were warmly welcomed and extremely well looked after. Our hosts had thought of everything to make us comfortable and we felt like honoured guests. The place itself is beautiful and we valued all the information we were given on places to visit and restaurants to try; all of which helped to make our stay enjoyable. We fell in love with Chania as a result!

My husband and I recently travelled to Chania for two nights on a recent trip to Greece. We absolutely loved this hotel and their attention to ensuring we had a great vacation. We arrived during their midday break, but they still showed up quickly after a phone call to help us check in. The breakfast was excellent, and they made sure we had something to eat the morning we checked out even though we had to leave early. The hotel is in a great location and even has a little parking lot. The only downside is that we had just two nights here--next time we are staying longer!

We are sorry you had to call us to check-in. We do strive to be here at all times for arrivals.

In any case, we are glad you enjoyed your stay and our rather special location - it is not common to have unrestricted vehicle access in the Old Town and parking is almost unheard of...

We do look forward to your longer stay!

Kind regards

Andreas

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our stay in the Roxelane room. I travel a lot for work and this was one of the most beautiful rooms I’ve ever stayed in. It was a perfect blend of antiquity and modern convenience, with such attention to detail. The bath in the room has amazing water pressure, and the bed and sheets are soft and comfortable. Mini bar snacks are perfect (as are the evening snacks they leave in your room!). Beach towels are provided. Breakfast was great, and they also catered above and beyond to specifics (I’m vegan). The host even left us a detailed note about where to go on our next trip to Greece. Needless to say, this place is worth the visit and a stay if you aren’t into tourist stuff and want a beautiful hideaway for your trip!

Since your stay the team has been drinking soya and almond milks and our digestions are grateful. Thank you for that, for choosing la Maison, and for you generous feedback. Hoping to see you again in Chania...

Best regards

Andreas

We stayed a week in April, our second holiday in this most magical of places. The hotel is perfectly situated in the very best part of Chania - turn right and it's just a few steps past the 4000 year-old Minoan excavation. Chania is steeped in history, full of charm and romance and resilience, and this most beautiful of hotels has caught the ambience of the Old City with imagination, impeccable taste and a level of luxury that is unsurpassed. Chania's warm and cheerful people, its architecture, food, nature, music, flowers, all sit in the sun by the harbour, at peace; and despite all the marks of Venetian, Ottoman, German occupation you sense no ghosts lingering. Returning to La Maison Ottomane, the spell is unbroken - no glossy internationalism shutting out the town as you enter the hotel, and no seediness of an "authentic local" establishment. The Maison gets it so right, and enhances your experience and memories of its location better than anywhere I have ever stayed. Best breakfast ever. Wonderful people, full of local knowledge and advice and assistance with anything you may need. Loveliest hotel room I've ever been in - relaxing, luxurious and wonderfully, magically specific to the local culture, so well done! This hotel is one of the highlights of a stunning holiday destination.

Room Tip: "good" doesn't do justice to any room here!
