I stayed here with my daughter overnight at Christmas. The decor is very good, and the check-in was a pleasant experience. The hotel reception smells amazing and the room was spotlessly clean. The wi-fi is not good enough to watch a Youtube video, however, at least it was free. I would have liked better coffee making facilities in my room and do not think that 1 capsule per person with no milk is acceptable. But for the special offer price I paid, I guess I couldn't expect more. The bedding was high quality, the shower was perfect as were the free toiletries. There is valet parking very close by, virtually next door. The location of the Dom is great. My only real complaint was when we asked for a taxi to take us to a local restaurant, the barman was quite off-hand. He laughed, made us feel very uncomfortable and said that the restaurant was within walking distance. We said we knew it was close by but wanted a cab and were prepared to pay a surcharge. It was past 1030pm at night, December, very cold, we were two women on our own and didn't know where the restaurant was. Plus, we were very late for our reservation. There was no way he was going to help us and he pointed vaguely in the direction of the restaurant. I do expect more from a boutique hotel of this caliber and this element of my stay was disappointing.
