Very nice city hotel. Good organized and clean. Reception staff are very kind and helpful. Very good breakfast. I am in the room 409, better than I expected, just the WiFi signal is a bit weak there but I works. I like this hotel. One of the best in the city of heraklion. I’ll be back for sure

Stayed here last year in summer, the location is very central which gives you a possibility to easily move around by bus everywhere. The only disadvantage is that it is extremely noisy due to the fact that it is located right in the middle of the busy street.
Breakfast was quite average and not enough variety.
Booked this hotel for 3 nights cause my mother was coming in town. It is located in a very central location near everything you may need. The roon was clean and the bathroom huge. It was also very warm. The room was in the 5th floor but it had an elevator and from the balcony you could enjoy the sea. They also provided free wifi which was very helpful. If you come in Heraklion for a small stay i recommend you stay there because it was very convinient!
We stayed three times in this hotel for a total period of eight days and found the stay wonderful.
The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating.
Breakfast was first class in every respect and so much to choose from. The location is superb.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed street view and sea view.
All attractions apart from Knossos are within walking distance.
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the center. Clean, cozy but basic. There is internet, parking is problematic. Staff ok. The noise from the street is huge, it's really hard to sleep at night. The noise did not stop all night. In short - if you want a hotel for a night at a reasonable price and in a good location - go for it. Otherwise - go somewhere else.
The hotel is gorgeous. Rooms were big and shower was great. Breakfast has a lot of choices. Late check out and storing if bags for free.
It is on the Main Street but the noise is fine as long as you close the window.
The front desk was helpful as well. Amazing bang for buck, would stay again.
