Just got back! We were unsure what to expect but this holiday was great. All staff we fantastic. Not one eye roll or tut from anyone. Everyone wanted to help. From the bar, check in, restaurant, cleaner and pool man. This team are slick and friendly. The hotel was a good standard. Room nice and clean. Food very good. I am a coeliac and had no problem. The pools were good always room somewhere. There only downside for me was the beach. There is one. It is ok. Fairly ruff sea being on the island. Not clear to snorkel, steep incline to water from beach due to water hitting the shoreline hard. This said it is what it is. Paradise cove is a good trip to go on if you like the sea watersports. Not expensive.
I would go back. Very mixed nationality which we enjoyed. It might not of been so great if we did not go with another family.

We returned from Magic life Hotel in Kos 2 weeks ago and would say we enjoyed our stay but this hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel, 4 at a push. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly, bar staff remembered your drinks which was nice.

This hotel is mainly catered for German guests. I have nothing against that but we wish that this was pointed out to us when we booked it! Germans are friendly but as we stayed when the euros was on, all you saw was German tops! Must of been 80% Germany, 15% European and 5% if that English. Like I said we don't mind Germans but we like to talk to other guest in the hotel but no one ever spoke English!

Food was ok, variety there but got repetitive plus not really any sea food apart from the same grilled fish every night. Italian Al cartè was not the best but Greek was enjoyable especially with the sunset in the background.

Sunbeds around the pools gets booked early, so if you like a lie in guaranteed you won't get a sun loungers if you come down at 9 by the main pool. Can't believe the hotel DON'T provide irons, you have to pay for an ironing service - rip off at 7 euros an item! Evening entertainment was limited, maybe a show performed by some 'okish' performers. They don't really talk to you as they tend to speak to the Germans and other Europeans as no one is from England.

There was limited watersports which was only wind surfing. Saw the tour rep once or twice but not after that. Overall holiday was enjoyable but won't be coming here again or booking a Magic hotel as it is not the hotel for us.

This was our first team at Magic Life Marmari Palace having visited many Magic Life hotels before.
Having not been able to go to Tunisia due to the restrictions on UK travellers we had no hesitation to look at booking another Magic Life.

We came to Kos with high expectations and I will be honest......They certainly were exceeded!

Food was again fantastic and throughout our 2 week stay we never got bored of it. The theme nights once again are brilliant and help break the weeks up with focused foods. The two additional restaurants were fantastic! My personal favourite was the Greek one on the beach were you could also watch the sun set whilst enjoying your meal.

The Entertainment team were once again amazing and truly made our holiday. From day to day activities to the evening shows and dancing after they made every effort to make people's holiday a special one. Special shout out to Paula for the many laughs at shuffleboard, boccia and darts!

The hotel was very clean as well as all surrounding areas. Nothing was too much and all staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces.

Again, thanks for an amazing holiday and anyone thinking about here or any other Magic Life hotels I would highly recommend.
