Hotel is really clean and in good location. Staff are really helpful. But hotel is old and so rooms. You can find everything that you looking for but in old fashioned. Breakfast is also good. As a result it s nice and clean place to stay.

Lovely hotel with attentive staff. George at the front desk is exceptional. Every time I come it gets better. Great breakfast and one of the most delightful showers! Very pleasant stay. Will definitely be back.

I travelled with the family, we stayed for 2 nights and we had 2 rooms next to each other. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was somewhat basic and there were no other options for dining. The staff were very friendly. I would think is more of a 3 star than a 4 star hotel.

If i put this hotel to the worst that i had stayed it would be most unfair.

But some things had to be said.

Its a pretty good hotel as far as it concerns the building and the rooms.

The room was always warm and i founded clean and neat! The view of course was a big dissapointment but the city manage to erase that feeling.

Personally i would like it to be more quiet. I had to call the reception more than once for a particularly company of teachers and kids and the next visitors well in that point i had decide that i would get some sleep only when i would return to my house...
Sound insulation is something that they will have to arrange.

And although it was disturbing trying to sleep by hearing noices from other rooms it was more disturbing listening the complains of someone inside the hotel about the time that cleaning lady use to clean...

Better taking her time and leave everything in order than to be push to do her job quickly!!!

I found breakfast pretty good with a variety of choices but surely ι can say that croissant and little pies hadn't the quality that i would excpect from a 4 star hotel.

A great dissapointment also was that they had stop operating the reastaraunt. I was looking forward to have an inside dinner!

I think that reception was too impersonal and they couldn't guide you with things to do in the city. One of the receptionist thought was very helpfull with finding me something to order for eating!

If you are not yet notify from your handyman you cannot feel the bathtub of the room 502 and enjoy a large bath because there is a problem of applicabulity with the bung.

And last but most important. You should provide a space were we SMOKERS could have a cigarette and a coffee!

Unfortunately i would choose another hotel for my next trip but for someone who is going for business only its pretty good.

The hotel is near the Saint Dimitrios Cathedral and about 1 km from the seafront. The staff are very friendly and helpful. From the huge terrace of our superior room on the top floor we could just see the sea and mountains. The room itself was very large and comfortable, nicely decorated and the Wifi worked well. The buffet breakfast offered many cooked options and pastries and we also enjoyed the yoghourt, dried fruit, nuts and honey. The fruit juice was a bit of a disappointment but the coffee was good.

Room Tip: Top floor Superior rooms
