Description: Gorm's pizza is combining Italian pizzatraditions with modern Scandinavian cooking, on a crisp pizza base.

Staff did not inform at the start of the service (6pm on a weekday) that half the antipasti were sold out, the few antipasti we could try were unimpressive the Italian meat balls lacked seasoning, and while the charcuterie was fine I could have have just gone to the supermarket for that, the accompanying foccacia was ultra greasy and poorly tasting, my wife’s order of pizza came out wrong. A glass of red here is served in a white wine glass, which seems on the skimpy side size wise.

Not the cheapest pizza in town, but no doubt all the ingredients were fresh. At Gorm's they also experiment with the combinations of toppings. We stuck with two pretty traditional pizzas (Ko i flammer and Gorm's Hottie) which were delicious. I would definitely recommend Gorm's Hottie if you like a bit of spices.
They also experimented with their cocktail ingredients which I didn't really think worked. That is if you order "Gorm's velkomst".
All in all, a good experience.

So we decided to try the new Gorms. 2 adults and 2 kids. I think it would be fair to say we were all quite disappointed. We ordered 2 kids pizzas (there are only 2 options, plain or ham), one adult pizza and one cannelloni starter.
Everything was way too salty, it actually left a bad aftertaste with every bite. How on earth a "gourmet pizza" joint can get such a basic thing so wrong is beyond me.
The pizzas texture was too soft and the very thin (too thin) dough was simply dry.
The bottom line is that this pizzeria can boast the quality ingredients they're using, but they fail in delivering a good overall result. Not worth the double prices they charge in comparison to your local pizza man.
