The girl at the desk was very friendly, i got a room with ocean view, that was nice. Overall a very nice hotel, the only thing was the dust behined the sofa, which were very nasty, and i am alergic to dust, but besides that, everything else was perfect.

Had a ok stay at the hotel with the family. Large mass hotel. Family rooms are rather small and we even had a cold pizza from the former guest in the fridge… cleanness overall below average and pool also not recommended. Positives are the friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast (besides the egg..)

Central location for walking to most places in central Copenhagen. The staff were lovely and friendly and the breakfast buffet was also good with a varied and plentiful selection. Rooms were a little tired although the hotel is reasonably new.

We're been there with 2 children. The room we booked was terrible small and the room service didn't clean it properly. Bathrope for the pool was extra charged and the parking is also not included. We paid 60€ extra for 2 days. Embarassing. The stuff is not very kindly, except the guy at the Brasserie entrance. Overall the breakfast was quite good, but for the price of the hotel that was not enough. Sorry, but we won't come back.

Insisted on celebrating my daughters 11th birthday in the Tivoli Hotel as wanted my kids to have the best experience on a special day. When I booked the family room I clearly stated my kids age, 10, 11 and 2 adults daughter 13 and myself. When finally arrived to the Hotel all the way from London, we checked in and paid the full amount for 2 nights, but we were very surprised to find that the room only fits 3 ! 2 single beds and 1 single sofa bed! When asked how we were expected to fit into the room, they didn’t seem to care and replied that this is the room we booked, which didn’t make sense at all as for health and safety reasons it was too tiny and there was no way 4 people will fit into a room so tiny and with only 3 single beds. It was very upsetting and I went to speak to reception for the second time but they only offered me to speak to the morning reception staff the next day in case they would be able to find a solution but it also wasn’t guaranteed.
It was tiring and frustrating and I ended up booking a room in a different hotel for my daughter to stay with a close relative who came to see us from a different city.
I did express my disappointment to the staff and ended up cancelling the second night but they didn’t seem to care either. I have been to many hotels but this has been the worst, it ruined a planned family birthday gathering, unfortunately!

Dear Guest,

I am very sorry to read about your experience here at Tivoli Hotel. It is, of course, very unfortunate.

I understand your frustration, and would kindly ask you to send me an e-mail at tivcom@arp-hansen.dk. Then I can take personal care of the matter, and find a solution to the experience.

I hope to hear from you.
