This hotel could not be better located, a black away from the famous Nyhavn and the Amalienborg Palace on either side of its waterside location. Staff efficient, friendly and helpful and the rooms, with exposed beams from the former mill, clean and well designed.

Room tip: look for sea view

Very beautiful hotel....nicely decorated rooms...
In the center of the most touristic part of Copenhagen...
Clean enough....Nice stuff....
Unfortunately during the weekends at the evenings....the things are not work out around the bar area....so busy and crowded.
Lack of a coffee machine in the room....a big disadvantage!!!
Especially for people like us who are coffee "freaks" and they want to relax a little bit more in the room during the morning time.....

Hotel is walking distance to the Nyhavn area and pedestrian shopping street. The hotel was fabulous and the staff....1st class.
We had the BB reservation and the breakfast was marvelous.
I love "flea markets" and there is one walking distance. Perfect hotel, perfect location. amazing staff.

Room tip: Do not have a room on the first floor

On entering the hotel one is struck by the very interesting decor, stemming from the building's historic origins. The reception staff are extremely courteous and patient. The bedroom was tastefully decorated, with comfy seating and a desk and had adequate storage space for two people (maybe a a little bit small if you have bulky jackets or coats to hang), There was also a kettle and tea/coffee etc. The bathroom was well-equipped with easy to control shower taps etc. and good water pressure.
The hotel clearly strives to be eco-friendly, such as using fair trade toiletries. Very good and ample breakfast. It seemed to be the same every day; but you had lots to choose from to vary during your stay. The hotel was very well-located for the centre and major sights. The quay in front of the hotel leading up to the iconic mermaid was a great place for a walk, cycle or jog after a day of work.

My son and I stayed four nights at the Admiral. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and spacious. The location was great. Next to many of the tourist spots like Nyhaven and the palace. We had a nice view of the canal and Opera House.

Room tip: They have parking where you can pay every 24 hours.
