The set up and restaurant it great, with a nice kitchen garden area to chill in pre dinner. However the food itself was a bit hit and miss, and the wine suggested was not great. I was expecting a bit more for the price point, but I think there are better options around. Service was good.

The sun went down over the marigolds and peas growing in the garden, we had 9 courses of light and delicious food and I keep thinking about the fermented potato bread. All in all a great (if pricey) experience. Loved the organic wines, the space and the laid back vibe.

Industrial-looking space in an industrial-looking neighborhood. Easy to get by bus as it is the end of the line, so no cabs needed. Wine pairing was not particularly matching. Food was wonderful, Service was good. It was nice to be able to take your wine and check out their little herb patch in-between the courses. Would definitely come back.

A very fine restaurant, built on the new nordic food concept. Only one pre-defined menu, all 100% organic. However, the restaurant proved very flexsible and accommodating if there were elements on the menu which for one reason or another is not attractive to you. Extremely good and professional service. The wine selection is probably the weaker point. Everything is organic and that does limit the selection and quality, particular as the restaurant tries to keep a reasonable price level, just slightly below the highestt tier i CPH. Has been considered a candidate for a michelin star restaurant for some time and does in my mind deserve one, when compared to the level in France.
