Truly one of the best meals I've had! We both had the 'surprise' menu, where we got a selection of dishes. Each was perfectly balanced in flavours with Vietnamese influences and all was cooked to perfection. The slow cooked pork in huge rice crackers was to die for!
Given Scandinavian prices, it was all very reasonable too - around £100 for two, including drinks.
The staff were attentive and kind, without being overbearing.
We sat at the food bar, and got talking to the lovely owner/head chef. A very nice guy, who clearly loves his restaurant and the food that he makes, and wants to make people happy - which is all you need to know.
