The staff on the front desk was very good and helpfull. And the breakfast was also good, but I miss small plates to go with the eggs.
But the cleaning was very bad, we found dust mostly everyvere. And soap residuises in the bathroom.

Excellent location - 5 min from railway station, bus station and citycenter. Good breakfast (eggs, sausage, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, traditional herring, lots of fruits, yogurt, tea, coffee, juices, cookies).
There are teapot, tea, coffee, sugar in the room. At the reception - coffee, tea, fruit, biscuits.

We were a couple and a large teenager in a room for a week but the room did well, it had a lovely big bathroom, and our son had a good sofa bed. We loved the tv in the middle of the room so he could swing it round for him or we could have it our end. It had a fridge which was great for a longer stay and a coffee machine too. A hairdryer was useful. No robes. The staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was very nice indeed. Parking was always available but its worth mentioning you can get a day pass from reception but if you only need a few hours you need to use the machine and it only takes coins and not a UK credit card. This was proving a problem until we asked reception to change some money for us and then it was easy to do. Its worth saying its free over night so if you put in money before you go to bed it starts at 9am so you dont have to get up early to do it. You can walk everywhere from here, the station, the lake, swimming pool and shops etc. We also went to Kosta Boda which was half an hour away and well worth the visit if you like glass and it was much much cheaper than the UK. They are refurbishing some rooms and we had a new one which was nice. Thank you for a good weeks stay.

Very conveniently located Hotel on main square of this lovely city. Very clean and comfortable room of decent size for two. Front desk staff was endlessly helpful as we made our way to various soccer events. Breakfast was very good, though I missed having hot oatmeal that we enjoyed in Stockholm...... Hotel was very busy with various weekend events, but they were obviously used to this situation. Cleaning folks were very kind and efficient also. Evening dinner at restaurant - (hamburgers )- was very good and service was fine.

I stayed here recently for a few days while attending a workshop at the university. The location couldn't be better - right next to the station and a bus to the university, plus a supermarket and many restaurants. The morning breakfast was amazing with many choices. The room was spacious and clean. My only complaint was the check-in process. I was originally given a room that was already occupied and it was a rather awkward to walk in on someone who didn't speak my language. The lock on my door also didn't seem to work (it just spun around in circles), so I always felt a little uneasy that someone might also walk in on me!
