Nice hotel. Friendly staff

Nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Only thing is they need air conditioning. They did bring me up a fan to use. Pools were nice but I think it is a hotel more for adults to use the pool than children. Next time I might stay at another Nordic hotel more geared to kids for the pool

Perfect

Everything was perfect, one of my favourite hotels! Very well equipped and clean gym, amazing spa area as well as one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had! Our child loved the kidscorner next to the reception. The room was quite minimalistic but very clean design, we liked it alot!

A generic hotel by the route

The hotel is located next to a big route, meaning both noise and a drab view. The interior with industrial vibes is quite nice, though, but the standard room is a shoebox (17 m²). However, it was really easy to check in and out and access the room via their app. No need for room keys!

The equipment of the room is minimalistic: no minibar, only hand soap and hair/body wash, no conditioner or body lotion, not to mention cotton pads, etc. In addition, one of our towels was unraveled.

The breakfast with waffle and pancake buffet was tasty.

The hotel has a spacious spa, but I would not recommend this place for a spa getaway; for me, it seems like an easygoing, family-style option for a short stay.

Room tip: There is a lot of free parking space in front of the hotel.

Spa = childrens pool

Good hotel and a very good staff. This hotel has so much potential but there are two huge minuses:

1. The “spa” is a nice place but it’s not for you who want to relax or have a nice calm place. It’s full of kids and it’s not an adult only spa. There was 8 kids running and screaming all over the place. Our “spa” experience was ruined.

2. The spa is only opened until 5pm on Sunday’s so they cramp many people on Sunday’s. Monday is closed for cleaning. A whole day. So if you’re here on a Monday you can forget to “relax” on the “spa”.

Other than that, it’s great. A very big bonus for the free charging stations for electronic vehicles!

Great staff

Stayed for one night prior to flying back to the UK. Hotel was very clean and well maintained but for me it was the attentiin I was given by the receptio staff that made this a 5 star review. Cecile was brilliant and really helped me with my paperwork. A great person
