We came here for brunch after having just arrived in Reykjavik so it was the first place we tried. We shared a Camembert which probably worked out at around £20... it was a mini Camembert - not an ordinary one and only came with two thin slices of ciabatta! However we requested more bread which was free of charge and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We soon realised that this wasnt enough and so ordered the pancakes - incredible! Thick, fluffy with copious amounts of maple syrup. So good we returned on our final day for two more helpings.
I hadn't quite grasped with ISK money and accidentally tipped around £40 to which the lovely waitress was very upfront and returned it to us pointing out the mistake. Very honest and kind - would definitely recommend for a brunch stop.
