stayed here for 2 weeks amazing, lovely clean room and made up every day, awesome staff very helpful and friendly at all amazing food, pool and bar area very relaxing, close to the beach, lovely walks along the promenade can't wait to return next year.

Arrived Kapetanios Hotel 11 30 pm by Taxi from Larnaca bar was still open our friends was there to met up, was nice to wake up to sunshine balcony a little small but adequate rooms ok Tea/coffee making Fridge hairdryer beds comfortable, we was on H/B Breakfast ok but same everyday at least something to eat evening meal some nice some lovely puddings we missed a few evening meals and was offered vouchers for lunch if needed,pool was nice and relaxing and sunbeds a little old but adequate,at night we like to sit outside on balcony but the car park next to the hotel has boy/girl racers and motorbikes racing up and down strip I know it’s not the hotels fault and bar person went over when it was really noisy one night to ask them to tone it down, we booked this hotel with Jet2 as was near venue we was attending a Rock concert with Uriah Heep which was enjoy by locals aswel as us fans,mini bus pick up early back to airport for return home
Faciities great, staff excellent from check in to check out. Friendly and efficient. Room was clean and made up every dau. Pool area relaxing and bar service the best and I own a bar restauranr so know when staff are good. Overall a great inner city hotel. Great value. I can say any bad reviews must be down to something the people themselves did. The staff and hotel are great. We will be back. Cheers Kapetanios.
Had a great time in this hotel, great value for money, there were all choices for breakfast and couldn't ask for more, if you asked for it to be replenished it was.
The pool was lovely, one of the best in temperature i've been to. The sunbeds could probably be updated, however they where adequate. The meals that where served where really nice and plentyful.
Narges the lady who worked behind the bar and served our meals is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and also Nikolas who worked the bar on some of the evenings was very good at making the cocktails and was a very funny guy.
So all in all four of us that went had a great time.

We booked this hotel through Jet2 - with a free child place, but an odd hotel to offer a child place as not really child orientated. Felt very short stay /business orientated.
Great location for the sea front, harbour, old town and zoo. Feel tourism is just taking off here.
Breakfast was ok, though same each day.
Pool was good .....and quiet, plenty of space and sun loungers.
Staff were ok, often not around, Cleaners were brilliant. The room was very small for 3 people on a week's holiday with a child and suitcases. They said we had had an upgrade - cant imagine a smaller room?!
The prom appeared to be a race circuit at night for cars and motor bikes - while it looked great fun it went on past midnight and kept us awake.
I have been here for a night, the bed’s mattresses were is bad condition, we all felt backache next day.
Toilet was moving, the were no slippers.
Breakfast is below average, no proper parking available.
Generally I am not satisfied.
