The hotel was quiet. Staff are nice and friendly.
Cleaning and room conditions were fairly good.
To go to the beach or shopping stores have to use taxis.
Not just self-service breakfast and a limited food menu. However, the quality was good cook food.
It must also be said that the old restaurant opposite the hotel, well located and you can use it.
In general, compared to the cost of a hotel, it has acceptable conditions.

Room Tip: far from pool

We stayed at the Avillion as part of a large group, with mixed ages for a week, and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The apartment are so clean and lovely, with huge balconies etc. the bedrooms are large and a great size kitchen whish is fully fitted with all you need for a self caterering basis. The pool is great, lovely size, with plenty of sunbeds. The food served at the small pool bar was delicious , really lovely salads and greek and English food, and the kids loved the milkshakes.Directly outside the apartment is a busy 615 takes you straight to the harbour one way and Coral Bay the other. Both take 10 mins. We all loved our stay and plan on returning in 2018. We had no complaints and loved every minute, and would like to thanks Tsvety who made the stay so wonderful and stress free.

Room Tip: If you have small kids ask for a room at the front on the ground floor, they have a lovely play area.

We had a late flight and had to leave our villa so booked a day room at the Avillion apartments for €35. It was a real bargain! Lovely room with air con fridge kitchen shower etc. Nice pool and sun beds. Food available nothing fancy ( I had chicken burger fries and salad for €7) perfectly acceptable. Conveniently situated on the main road between Paphos and Coral Bay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. What could have been quite a stressful day was, in fact, far from it!

Great place if you like to do your own thing. You can get a taxi to the harbour really easily on the main road where there are plenty of restaurants. Rooms are nice, clean and cool. Easy bus to coral bay. Pool was clean.

We recently stayed in these delightful, very clean and well equipped apartments. (Surprisingly though no microwave! ) The location is on a busy main road with easy access into Paphos and Coral Bay on the very efficient bus service which stops right outside the door and runs every 10-15 minutes in the day. A weekly bus ticket costs 15 euro which you buy from the bus station and can be used up until 9pm. Then it is 2.50 euro per journey after 9pm. All I would say is to be aware that there is nothing within walking distance apart from a restaurant over the road and a shop selling all the basics a little further along the road on the left. There is also the Dimma Bar if you head down towards the sea. So you definitely need to be prepared to use a car or bus to get out and about anywhere. We did walk into Paphos along the coastal path a couple of times. This took 1hr 45 minutes. Even though it is not paved all the way and a bit rugged in parts, it is possible and I managed to do it in flip flops! I would highly recommend these apartments just be aware of the location.
