We have stayed in this hotel during a skiing trip in March.
The hotel itself is lovely and charming, the room (standard double) not too big but comfortable, clean and really nothing to complain about. Breakfast was offered as a buffet, which had the basics - juice, tea, coffee, sausages and cheese, fruits. It was limited for a buffet but it was alright.
However, I do believe that the hotel could really improve their customer service.
As we wanted to go skiing I asked where to go to take the shuttle bus to the slopes and whether they know the times of the service. The lady did explain me where the bus stop is (really just 5 mins down the road), however could not give me any answer about the times and was not even sure whether the service was running as it was a Sunday.
Me - working in a similar customer service position myself - would have wished her to have a look into it quickly and just try to be helpful. The lady even could've taken her time as we just started having breakfast, so I did not put her in a rush at all. I was surprised anyway that no timetable of the shuttle bus service was to be seen anywhere in the hotel - or ANY info about skiing in the area.
We also had a couple of dinners in the restaurant. After being disappointed...We have stayed in this hotel during a skiing trip in March.

We also had a couple of dinners in the restaurant. After being disappointed the first evening, we have given it another chance. The second time everything was really nice, attention to detail really was paid by the waiter (remembered which wine we have ordered a couple of evenings ago for example).
The first dinner however left us feeling very disappointed. It was a busy Saturday night, we had reserved a table at the smoking area (we were both non-smokers and that was the last table available - unpleasant - but of course our fault) with the very busy bar just next to it. Saturday night the place turned into an obvious hot spot for the local "high society" if you want to call it like that.
Ordering the starters and wine everything was fine, everyone was nice. After ordering the main we have made clear already that we want to have a dessert which we would have had to order after finishing the main. However, after the tables filled up with more "regular" visitors we got completely forgotten, our long-empty glasses have been missed completely and after no waiter to be seen after at least half an hour after we have finished our main, we had to go to the bar to ask someone if we can pay. After this dinner we really felt that if we showed off as well with more expensive handbags or clothes we maybe would've got the opportunity to have another glass of wine or dessert....More
