The hotel is nicely located in a quiet zone and if you have rooms to the back yard it even quieter. Also, there is a 5 min walk to the end of the street where you find a McDonald's restaurant and, just a few steps further, the "Alser Straße" metro/tram station from where you can go anywhere in Vienna. So, location is good, not being in the city-center meaning you can save some money.
The hotel itself is not so dashing, the reception and ground floor looks more like a hostel, but, nonetheless, it is very clean. Rooms have access keys and you do not have to insert the key for the electricity to work - meaning you can leave electronics plugged in with no worries to be charged, while away.
We had a 3 beds room (2+1) and all beds were equally in terms of size, firmness of the mattress - that was good and ok to sleep.
The bathroom utilities looks a bit old, but they work flawlessly, the heating was also turned on and worked, if desired (it was a bit cold in Vienna). And, every day for our 5 night stay we had our room cleaned and beds arranged.
About the breakfast I cannot say anything, 'cause we hate to have breakfast at hotels - we prefer on the go :)

The hotel has internet, it worked ok, but as we were in a room situated at the end of the hallway, sometimes, even if my Mac showed good wifi connection, the internet was not working.
Compared to price range in Vienna, this is a nice (I can say budget) hotel, with good location, clean and affordable rooms.More
