- We had enough space in the room
- Problem was: we couldn't open the windows (we were not informed that it was broken), and if you are four people you want to let fresh air in the room
- Rest was OK/good
I went there with my school.I stayed there for one week.
The hotel isn't far from the city center.The hotel is small but the rooms are big and clean.
The restaurant is really small and the breakfast buffet is of low quality with fruits, ham, cereals, yogurt and some beverages.
The food isn't bad.
In the hotel there are many school groups and if you are there for work or just for a vacation, we can be very loud at night.
We were very disappointed when our tour operator changed the hotel we initially booked with this one, since it has a low rating. However, it was not that bad. It is far from the city center but there is a metro/tram station nearby. The good thing about the hotel is that it is clean, hot and there is free wifi. Daily cleaning and change of towels was something we didn't expect and we were surprised. Breakfast was normal. Very small and simple rooms. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and that was the worst thing.
Best hotel at the price I paid that had everything one needs for a holiday. It is located in the central, very clean, free wifi and tv and close to station. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed there twice already and will keep on booking in this hotel as I was satisfied
We stayed for 3 nights to visit the Christmas markets and found this hotel to be in a good location near the underground station. The room was good value and clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned each day we were there. The staff were helpful and polite. I would stay here again if returning to Vienna
The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the metro there you can get everywhere within 30 minutes. Trams are also not far. The room was big and comfortable, can't complain.
Reasonable prices and staff were friendly.
