quite a large modern hotel location is about 6 metro stops from central area, but metro transport close by.smooth check in pleasant staff not really much of a view other apts.
room good size comfy bed warm bedding great bathroom and shower some toiletries provided plenty towels and plenty storage space,wi fi works fine tv quite a good size not really any English channels.
only poor points no control over room temp, room carpet looking a little soiled the breakfast is not its strongest point limited choice.
but £120 for 2 people for 2 nights you cant complain, also a supermarket next door

Room Tip: front rooms maybe better view

The hotel is located near district Meidling and you can easily reach the city centre. Nice staff at the reception, tasty breakfast und good wifi access.
The room was clean and really quiet with a flatscreen tv and shower / shampoo in the bath.

Very tidy modern hotel close to the underground.Tasty breakfast and very friendly staff. Can really recommend this hotel for short or long stay either. Ghis hotel is situated close to the tube so you can get to the centre in 10 minutes.

When checking in, we were disappointed by the kitchen, since we paid more to book an apartment, to be able to cook our own food. The fridge was so noisy that we had to turn it off at night. There was no pan provided, only 2 small plates and a few cutlery, which means that there's no point in providing heating plates... But more importantly we were very unhappy with the room cleaning. Basically what the cleaning staff did during our stay was just empty the bin and arrange the bed a little. No sink, bath tub or kitchen cleaning, no vacuum, no new toilet paper roll... At one point someone even took away one of our 2 mugs (???). For an "apartment", there was so few dishes provided already.. And we don't smoke, but I swear that when we came back in the room one evening, the restroom (only place without a smoke detector) was strongly smelling like tobacco! There was also lots of cigarette butts on the balcony. So we started to put up the "do not disturb" sign when leaving, bought a pan, some sponges, and did everything ourselves. There is no point in having someone coming in our room everyday just to smoke and fold the bed sheets. Apart from that, this hotel is well located, close to the metro station and very close to a supermarket. The staff at the reception is friendly. The rooms are modern and pretty. The bathroom was very nice. The wifi is absolutely excellent. The double bed was in fact two single beds close to each other, but very nice matresses. This would be a very good hotel, if it had a decent cleaning staff.

Enjoyed our weekend city break to Vienna in this hotel. I'd booked a cheap package through ebookers and I'd selected the hotel due to its cheaper price yet still being very travel convenient. Upon booking I had requested a queen sized bed yet the room we were given had 2 single beds. However they were on wheels, so we simply moved them together. The staff are there 24/7 and are very friendly, and extremely helpful. All that we spoke to were fluent in English. They have a little bar next to reception where you can purchase small bottles of beer, ice tea etc for reasonable prices. There was free wifi and complimentary shower toiletries. However there is no air conditioning! It was 35+ degrees C whilst we were there, and struggled to sleep with the humidity. It is so described as having sound proofed rooms, yet after hearing people sneezing next door, evidently this isn't quite the case. The room however was very clean, and fresh towels were bought every day we were there, and the hotel in general was very clean. I would advise having the breakfast. We didn't book that, yet bought it for €8 on the day. There isn't much around the hotel for breakfast, and the breakfast at the hotel was worth every cent. A standard European continental buffet breakfast (croissants, meats, cheeses, cereal etc) with drinks included. The staff again were very helpful, refilling the empty food baskets even when breakfast had nearly ended. The hotel is well situated. Only a 5 minute easy walk to the nearest U-bahn (metro) station, takes only about 15-20 minutes to get directly into the city centre. A 72 hour pass was €16.00 (a LOT cheaper to sight see using the metro than the "Big Buses").
