Came for a nice weekend for our friends birthday the hotel is lovely and modern, has everything you need in the room, loved the bottle of Prosecco on arrival, one of the best places have stayed in in Llandudno.
The staff was also lovely will definitely stay again.More

Recently returned from 4 nights at The Belmont. Overall we have had a lovely stay. We booked two rooms- both the rooms with the sea view balconies. The rooms overall were nice and comfortable, just a tad on the small side. The cleanliness was mostly to a good level with a very comfy bed.
The 2nd room we had booked just lacked in a couple of areas regarding facilities- the light in the bathroom appeared to be automatic with no light switch. Unfortunately this meant that on a couple of occasions whilst one of our party was showering, the light went off. Not ideal when this party member was an elderly person. We did ask someone on reception to take a look but they were none the wiser. This room could also benefit from some drawers- there was a nice open wardrobe with plenty of room for clothes but no private drawer space to put underwear etc meaning it was on display.
The breakfast was really lovely- nice hot food selections and a very nice cold display including cheeses, pastries and cereal.
The staff we encountered during our stay were all fantastic- very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic location with easy access to all that Llandudno has to offer.
Property is spotless, layout is easy to navigate & there’s an elevator (lift)!
From the second we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome.
Staff are friendly & very willing to help in any way possible including recommending restaurants or tourist attractions.
Bar is open til 1am and pricing is on par with local bars & restaurants (property is currently not offering evening meals but is service fantastic breakfast and a fair price).
Highly recommend The Belmont and will be visiting again in the near future

The room is good, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is excellent (and I mean excellent). However, it is the staff that made the stay. The staff and the manager should be very proud of who they are and what they do. All of them, throughout the stay, were extremely welcoming, could not do more to help (from butter at breakfast to making us welcome every time we came back to the hotel-including the dog). Highly recommended.

What a lovely hotel, spacious, very clean, fantastic sea view, very comfy bed, big widescreen tv, room was supplied with dressing gowns, ear plugs, eye mask, bathroom had shower gel, shampoo & conditioner in pump dispensers, also hand wash & lotion, ironing board, iron, fan ‘ hair dryer, even had binoculars to use, very good tea & coffee facilities, friendly staff overall couldn’t fault a thing, will be back next year.
