Stayed for 1 night for our wedding anniversary. Nice room, small but ok and warm. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Parking difficult due to such a small car park.
Would stay again although it was a little expensive for us.

Stayed: October 2017, travelled as a couple

Congratulations on your Anniversary and so pleased you would stay again, however do call our Reservations direct as truly best rates are always available direct rather then 3rd. party sites.
Best wishes from all the Team

Excellent service
Delicious afternoon tea and stunning views of the promenade and pier.
Only thing that could have improved our visit was a bigger range of gins, but that’s the only thing we can think of.

Stayed: October 2017, travelled with family

Thank you for reviewing and so pleased you enjoyed your Afternoon Tea and tremendously added some Gin to the experience. Well we have a Gin list and 9 different gins, so if this was not sold to you then our lost opportunity and if more needed, then we'll have to build a further shelf!!!
Hope we shall be welcoming you back soon.
With Kind Regards

We stayed here as part of a group function that meant we took over the whole hotel for two nights. We were given one of the new bedrooms at the front that have been added this year. These are on the top floor and have balconies with sea views although the numerous wind turbines in Liverpool Bay dominate the horizon. The new rooms are spacious and modern, I guess they are really junior suites.
I liked the feel of this hotel and the staff were very welcoming. They seemed to be efficient too. Definitely all you would expect at a four star hotel.

Room Tip: If you can afford it then get one of the hotels new rooms which also come with guaranteed parking at the rear of the hotel.

Good centrally placed 4 star Hotel on promenade. Friendly helpful staff.
Parking at rear of Hotel limited due to building work, otherwise ok.
Dining on terrace for panoramic views over the bay.
Sea view rooms the best.

Room Tip: Best views overlook the promenade.

Thank you for reviewing and pleased to say all the building work is completed with great improvements and do return for those panoramic views of the bay, especially now from our new Rooftop Rooms.

This was our first visit to the hotel. We were aware that this hotel had an excellent reputation, and we were not disappointed. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was very comfortable with an excellent sea view. Enjoyed a great breakfast. We will return when we visit Llandudno in the future.
