Everything was great for a short break. Staff are so friendly and helpful.
Small bugbears:
Small fridge / no freezer only ice box space. Want you to eat out which does not come cheap.
Indoor soft play in the plaza is ridiculously small for the type of establishment. The only thing that was not very well thought out. They have a soft mat baby area at the bowling alley and a better soft play in Hucks diner, but obviously you need to eat there to have the privilege of kids using soft play.
Other than this, fun, active and family friendly short break and would return.

Beautiful site, incredibly well laid out but so expensive. Everything costs money, only the water park is included. The shop and eating is costly. £10.50 for a "large" wine that tasted like vinegar. Would certainly return but with everything needed for our stay.

Our second visit to centre parcs can not beat it for great family time
The kids love the rapids time and time and time again, we also love the peace and tranquillity of the lodge
We will back for sure
See you soon CP

We had a four bedroom woodland lodge, had two bathrooms and two fridges, for 4 adults, and 3 young children. Plenty of space, linen, kitchen stuff, everything we needed. We hired bikes but everything was within a ten minute walk. Had quite a lot of rain but didn’t matter because so many indoor activities.
Only disappointment was the Bollywood dancing class. I have nothing to compare it with, there were only 4 people in the class, but it was basically aerobics to Indian music. Started 10 minutes late and ended 5 minutes early. I really would have expected some details about Indian dance steps, how to use your hands properly, something about famous films and Filmstars. I don’t think the teacher really knew any of that.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, everywhere.

Room Tip: Pine area is nearest the car park which is handy obviously for coming and going, it’s also near all the activities.

We have visited two other sites at centre parcs on several occasions as a family this one was as we expected, clean accommodation great location within centre .on first day we all met up , seven in total and played table tennis booked this on line before visit which was easy , we ate evening meal within lodge as food tends to be expensive in restaurants . Saturday went into pool area found pool to be small compared to others although the children play areas were super for grand son . Had drinks within pool area and the service was poor although plenty of staff. Sunday was better service although only one person taking orders supplying drinks and food to seating area, on the Saturday the coffee was so bad that it was not drinkable. It didn't help that the other alternative catering company closed for refurb although only opened a few years ago. Had a great walk around grounds saw a few people whilst out although hundreds on site ,the beach area was great clean and well used. Played bowling for one hour just long enough for us all, whilst playing score system temporarily failed had to wait whilst problem was rectified. The checking in was very quick on arrival
Also parking was easy to use well managed . Grandson hired a bike reasonable cost for our stay £ 20:00 Fri / Mon. Sunday night wanted to have a family dinner but no where did a evening Sunday meal so we found a lovely our down the road. Other. C. P sites have pub facilities also no real general area to sit and have a drink whilst grandson played

This is a new site approx 4 years old this may be new way for C P it won't stop us visiting again looking at dates already!!!!!!
