Charming bed and breakfast, owned by the most helpful and friendly couple we have ever stayed with.
Perfect location for us as we were going to the open air theatre, just a short 5 minute walk away through the beautiful Peasolme Park.
North bay is also approximately 5 minutes walk as well, yet The Beaches itself is quiet and relaxing.
Stayed for one night only but wish it could have been more.
The room was fantastic, lovely and spacious comfy bed with lots of fluffy pillows, a balcony and all the facilities we needed.
Breakfast was very tasty and set us up for the day.
Would definitely recommend and as for us we hope to be revisiting very soon.

Room Tip: The king size room at the top has the balcony, and lots of space.

Just stayed for 3 nights. Lovely guest house, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Jules and Alex were very welcoming. Breakfast was spot on. There was plenty of choice, cereals, fruit, yogurt as well as full English. Parking was on street and we managed to get a space even though Scarborough was busy with cricket in town. No negatives at all. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed for two nights in May with our young nephew. Lovely, friendly owners who made us feel very welcome. Room a bit small but had all the facilities needed for a short break, nice clean room, very quiet at night so had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was also very good. Would stay again.

Stayed here the night of the Michael Ball & Alfie Boe concert at the OAT on what Michael Ball described the following morning on the Chris Evans show ..... Memorable.... the rain was biblical. However the welcome we had from our hosts was warm and soothing. The room was very comfortable with everything you needed and plenty of hot water for when we got back from the concert, we were cold and very wet so needed that hot shower. Breakfast was pre-ordered the night before and was delicious.
The location is great for the OAT just a 5 minute walk, disc are available for on road parking, we easily found a parking place in a side road.
We had a great night away, fantastic concert albeit very wet, and the perfect B&B .... will certainly book again.

Just got back from an overnight stay with our grandson. I was concerned about parking but after chatting to jules we booked and we are so glad we did. Got a permit when we checked in and had no problems getting a space on the road. Jules gave us advise on eating and buses (we had 2 wet days). Room was lovely and quiet, Very clean and comfortable beds with lovely shower room.TV and kettle with tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits. Breakfast was excellent. Good quality cooked food with a choice of cereal, toast, fruit and yoghurts along with tea, coffee and juice. An excellent small but friendly B&B. Lovely family.
