After along walk along the beautiful Manifold Way we came to Hulme End and a much needed cup of coffee was required. There a numerous homemade cakes, very different flavours which made the choice very difficult. The orange and almond sponge was delicious. All served by a very friendly and knowledgable lady who gave us tips on other walks and things to do during our holiday in Stafforshire. We did have our dog but she allowed us to sit outside the cafe. Toilets are in a separate building. It also seemed popular with locals but not surprising considering the standard of the cakes.

As previous recent contributor we also called here after an eight mile walk and were delighted with the lovely food on offer, including vegetarian choices and the large selection of cakes (all home made). We sat outside on a lovely sunny morning and service was friendly and fast. Will definitely call again and would highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

After an eight mile walk the T Junction provided the warm welcome we needed. Cream tea and rocky road. Don't miss rhubarb cheesecake which is not to be missed. Thank you Rebecca for your hospitality.

Stopped here for tea and cake while walking the Manifold Way, along the line of the old Leek and Manifold Light Railway. The tea is served in a proper china pot and tea cups, as you would expect in Staffordshire, and the cakes are heavenly, especially the victoria sponge. The service is quick and friendly and there is a lot of local information available. Don't miss the model of the old railway in the visitor centre.
