Great little cafe. Prompt and polite service. Enjoyed my panini. Finished our afternoon of cycling off nicely.

Enjoyed paninis, cakes and nice drinks here. Despite being a busy sunny afternoon we didn't wait too long and got one of the outdoor tables.

We stopped for a brew while out for a ride on the trail. The toilets were clean, the service was speedy and cheery and the wife was very happy with her coffee (an achievement in itself) we had taken a packed lunch so didn't get involved with the rest of the menu but they had a good variety and the cakes looked fantastic.
The tea and coffee were reasonably priced too

A return visit and still enjoyable. You can cycle or walk on a smooth surface. The information boards offer photos and an account of the history of the railway until the Conservative-appointed Dr Beeching closed it.
Unfortunately you have to decide how long you want and pay for 2,4 hours or all day. Impossible for new visitors. You can find a free verge to park on round the corner if you hunt for it. Good tea-serving place by the bike hire centre here.
