great location for visiting relatives. tonnes of local shopping opportunities. Premier for a reason always spotless and a great bed. good facilities . wet room perfect. even the tv remote was cleaned (yeah) Attached restaurant. good disabled access loads of free parking WELL DONE ON THAT!! no air con but a great fan instead. complimentary tea and coffee and more if you want it. Would never stay in anything other than premier inn. I wonder if they'll discount me a room for this LOL. Use premier inn every 6 weeks to see family dotted around the country. BIG love to a successful business model. EXCELLENT value for money SUPER DUPER .

Stayed just for one night at this hotel . On arrival check in was fine with no issues.

Room was generally ok but very warm making it uncomfortable to be in at times. The air flow system seemed to be just for hot air and did not provide air con. There was a fan but just made warm air flow around the room. Main bed was comfortable but one of the smaller beds was very hard and my daugther was uncomfortable on it during the night , few chips on furniture , bathroom needed decorating and stains on curtains.

Breakfast was ok in hotel restaurant, just COViD process in place for food etc. No real complaints about breakfast . Will be glad when it’s back to normal buffet process.

Friendly staff. Good location for the course I was on. Was only a 20 minute walk. Hotel really needs to invest in air con. It was quite uncomfortable to sleep with only a fan to ouch around the hot air and with the locked windows, it wasn’t ideal. Also need cameras installed in the car park for security.

Premier inn is always a safe bet as u know what to expect clean rooms decent breakfast easy parking and friendly staff at reception. But I wasn’t happy with the cleaner with pink/red hair asking me to put mask on as it says in the exemption rules nobody should be challenged to wear a mask as they do not know my medical history. Also I thought the staff at breakfast were really friendly just thought they could have come over a bit more often to ask if we wanted more food as it was unlimited and buffet is no longer cause of the rules other than that they were brilliant and would stay again

Currently staying at Premier Inn, East Mayne.

Staying for two nights with work. The heat in our room is like a furnace. Complained to reception after a sleepless night last night due to the insufferable heat, and they provided a fan. This has made very little difference. Went to reception again to complain about the heat this evening. (It’s cool outdoors, throughout the hotel reception and corridors, but just like a furnace in our room.
Received extremely bad attitude from receptionist Donna who clearly couldn’t care less. Her recommendation was that we just leave the hotel and find another hotel that has air conditioning.
I would have put up with the unacceptable heat in the room if it hadn’t been compounded by the bad attitude from Donna at reception. She was dismissive, rude and patronising. Premier Inn should not have staff at front of house that are so disrespectful to their clients. I will be seeking a refund under the good night sleep guarantee and Donna needs retraining.

We're very sorry to hear that you didn't have a great stay with us on this occasion. We can fully appreciate how uncomfortable it would have been trying to sleep in your room in the heat we've been having. We're also disappointed and sorry to hear about the service you received from the team member as this isn't the level of customer service we would expect at all.

We do advise on our website under the Important 'Information' that this hotel doesn't have air conditioning so that guests are aware of this before booking. We're sorry if this was missed.

Regarding the other issues you had with the service, we’d like to assure you we’ve made sure that all your feedback and comments have been passed on to the relevant teams. This also includes the manager of the hotel who will be able to chase this up with the hotel team to help prevent any similar issues from happening again.

Once again we're very sorry for any disappointment on this occasion, but we're confident on your next experience you'll have a much more enjoyable stay! Stay safe and have a lovely week!
