Stayed here for 2 nights. Really good location and easy parking. Breakfast was great and honesty bar a really nice touch and very well stocked. Owners are lovely and really helpful with dinner suggestions and making bookings. Would highly recommend!

WE stayed at Ravenscourt house myself my wife and brother and wife we stayed 3 days 28/29/30th July, places to visit Keith strathisla distillery glendronach distillery and a must visit is delgatie castle Turriff near huntly where time has stood still you would think the occupants had just got up and left as it was 500/600 years ago stone spiral staircase 97 steps not for the infirm or bad of walking, lossiemouth beach very nice, grantown on spey limited eating out very nice Indian restaurant wise to pre book also we pre booked Sunday roast for 7pm Sunday evening even though non resident. Ravenscourt house the breakfast big lots of choice we had room 8 big king size double and a single bed must mention honesty bar in lounge cold drinks and a big selection of whisky you write down in bar book what you have had and when you leave it is added to final bill to purchase whisky I found tomintoul shop had every thing Dufftown ok to, this was our 4th time to grant own on spey and will be back.portsoy harbour shop sells nice unusual glass /marble and fossil like objects we allways bring back something.

Room Tip: room 8 was our room at the back I would say all rooms quiet located down a very quiet street off town centre.

We were booked in for 5 nights in May, 2017. Before we even arrived, i knew it was going to be special. Kathy contacted us immediately on booking, to welcome us, and to advise us of the need for dinner reservations. What service! The location is wonderful - you can walk the whole town, and to the river very easily. The building is charming - and Kathy and Calum are the best of hosts! They are relaxed, trusting, and accommodating. The rooms are cozy - yes a bit old fashioned - but that is what makes them so cozy,! Breakfast was delightful - with an actual menu that you hand in the night before, and home made preserves offered as well. The honor bar is something that is new to me - what a lovely way to make your guests feel treasured. Also, I loved having the bedside treat every night! We left, knowing that we have made some good friends, and know we will return some day!

The Ravenscourt House is a B & B to its perfection. The room we had was charming, with a good bed and nice 'old fashioned' furniture. We felt most welcome, also because of the nice living room with an extensive range of books on Scottish wildlife, walking and hiking etc. Breakfast was great and the courtesy bar with 80 whiskeys was fantastic.

What a wonderful B & B. It really did feel like home from home. Beautiful period Victorian property with complimentary décor and furniture. It was spotless.
The warm welcome and attention we received from the owners Cathy and Callum was second to none.
The bedroom was so homely with a bed that was probably one of the most comfortable and spacious I have slept in away from home.
Quality breakfast whilst we watched the friendly squirrels outside feeding in the trees.
Dinner is not provided but there are good restaurants to be found locally.
The best B & B I have probably ever stayed in.
Will definitely be back.
